沙特计划削减原油出口以平衡市场加重钻杆

中国石化新闻网讯 据道琼斯1月9日消息，全球最大石油出口国沙特阿拉伯能源大臣周三称，沙特计划将1月和2月的原油出口量分别降至720万桶/日和710万桶/日，因为沙特希望平衡市场。

沙特能源大臣法利赫在利雅得告诉记者：“沙特在展示其平衡市场的领导力方面走在前面。”

他表示：“这并不像近期一些报道所称的有具体的价格目标。这首先是为了确保库存保持在必要水平的附近，并且沙特继续通过现有机制来监控这一点。”

法利赫表示，他预计到第一季度末全球石油库存将下降，但是油市仍容易受到政治和经济因素以及投机的影响。

他表示：“我们仍关注基本面因素，我可以告诉你，我们将在2019年实现供需平衡。”

Saudi Arabia to Cut Crude Exports in Bid to Balance Market

Top oil exporter Saudi Arabia plans to slash its crude exports to 7.2 million barrels a day in January and 7.1 million barrels a day in February, its energy minister said Wednesday as the kingdom bids to balance the market.

"Saudi Arabia is in the forefront of demonstrating our leadership in bringing the market into balance," Khalid al-Falih told reporters in Riyadh.

"This is not, as some have reported in recent days, in any way targeting a specific price. This is ensuring that, number one, inventories stay close to where they need to be, and we c锦鲤养殖ontinue to monitor this through the mechanisms that we have," he said.

Mr. Falih said he expects he expects global oil stocks to fall by the end of the first quarter but that the market remains vulnerable to political and economic factors as well as speculation.

"We remain focused on fundamentals, I can tell you we will achieve balance between supply and demand in 2019," he said.
